I just realized how annoying this is going to be for draft purposes, I’ve basically been ignoring 4-3 LBs forever now

I'm really excited about moving back to a 4-3. 

While it seems counterintuitive it gets more speed on the field to cover tight ends and running backs and I think its easier to find pieces.  OLB pass rushers seem to be much more difficult to find than 4-3 ends as they're required to be able to do so much.
