He must have done something else besides suck for them to eat all that dead money.  Maybe they can bail on his guarantees because of the strip club thing.

Seriously, there's a lot worse things you can do than go to a strip club. Especially when you actually have enough money to have a good time.

It just shows where his priorities lies.  Its not to football, its not to his teammates.  It sets a good example for the team as to what will fly.  They likely would have cut him eventually anyway

He was getting cut or traded for a used tampon this offseason anyways. They just gave up the chance at a used tampon to send a message. It also torpedoes Haskins chances at even locking down a backup job next year

Haskins was done in Washington. The coaching staff last year didn't want him. The coaching staff this year didn't want him.

The strip club stuff wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't a pandemic and you weren't the leader of the team. But it is a pandemic, and you are the QB, so it's an awful, awful look. Then he compounds it by his media nonsense this week.

He's too immature to be an NFL starting quarterback, and his skill level isn't nearly high enough to make up for that.

Maybe this is the kick in the derriere he needs to be better in his next stop, but he'll be on a short leash.

Not sure why you want to derail this thread into a Justin Fields thread, but I'll take the bait.

Fields is a significantly better prospect than Haskins, even before you get to off-field concerns.

I don't think Haskins failed in the NFL because of his college system. Haskins failed because he's immature and not ready to be an NFL quarterback. Russini's tweets basically say it all.
