I  think/hope Quinnen Williams can challenge for the top spot which would be great for us. I don't think the 49ers would take a DL, but there is a chance that Arizona does. Not saying it is likely, but he is very impressive.

He might be on our board depending on what defensive scheme we end up with. 

I don't see nearly enough pieces in place to make me think transitioning to a 4-3 would be substantially more difficult than sticking with the 3-4.  There's the President, maaaaybe Leonard WIlliams, and then everyone else is either a JAG, a UFA, or a GTFO.

The only thing exciting about that article was that somebody thinks Williams will go #1 to Zona, ensuring we either get an elite pass rushing prospect (Bosa or Allen) or the QB trade is there for us

If mac took another 3-4 end I would immediately shift to the fire Mac camp.

Yep, if Bosa/ Allen go 1/2, a d-lineman will be BPA (Quinnen or Ed Oliver).

At that point I'd be rooting for a trade down, like most here. But if Mac stays put and stays true to BPA mindset, we're getting one of those guys (unless Jets happen to have Jonah or Greedy as superior prospects; I suppose that's not impossible).

49ers are not taking iDL, spent top 5 picks on Deforest Buckner and Solomon Thomas in 2016/2017.

BPA when we pick will be Quinnen Williams or Ed Oliver.

I would be perfectly fine with Josh Allen, but I’m scared he goes 2 right now.
