I can't log in to Tapatalk on both Android and Apple devices.

Yeah. I'm waiting for Tapatalk support to get back to me but they're being painfully slow. Sorry - as soon as I hear back from them I'll get on it.

Semi-related, did Tapatalk do away with their subscription model? I never went pro before they went subscriber-based, but it looks like now it's just the "pro" version again. Has anyone else bothered with the pro version? Worth it?

Their technical support is astonishingly bad, and astonishingly slow. I get one response per day, it comes overnight, and it's pretty much always wrong. We managed to establish two days ago that the "tech" I was talking to doesn't understand the basics of file permissions, so I escalated it and got a halfway sensible request/response from an engineer who has now gone quiet.

If we don't get resolution soon I will look at replacing Tapatalk with a different tool.

I'd be on board for replacing Tapatalk anyway unless there is absolutely no reasonable alternative.  It gets worse and worse every year.  Now they are doing pop up ads if you don't subscribe the pay service.  I'm fine with ads, but this is the first time they have been popups that are annoying.

Admittedly I don't know what alternatives there are out there.
