Can you give me some insight? This was the system he ran at UCF? I’m farmiliar with the team but not knowledgeable about the offense. Nothing to do with Chip Kelly’s system? Just give me a quick overview.

A lot of his passing concepts are extremely smart, but the "Gulf Coast Offense" is more up-tempo and he sets up a lot of stuff with the QB run. From what I've learned about it over the past few years, the offensive tackle really doesn't matter much because the ball comes out so quickly.
It really fucks with defenses because if they attempt to defend a quick passing game (screens and one step drops), it puts their linebackers in a position of conflict and you run the ball up their derriere. It's a genius concept when it works.
If you can get wardaddy guards and a good center, you'll score a ton of points. Obviously, the dual threat QB is the key though.
