Anyway, my take on the game was:

  • The defensive line is elite (more and more I want them to keep Richardson).
  • The secondary was poor. The safeties I'm not worrying about, but McDougle so far impresses me more than any of the other corners, including Claiborne.
  • The offensive line is trash.
  • The offensive playcalling is hot trash.
  • The wide receivers are a raging dumpster fire.
I was prepared for the offense to be bad this year. It's going to be historically bad.
Teams that draft well do so no matter where they pick. Teams that draft poorly do so no matter where they pick I want my team to win games and draft well

Offensive playcalling is almost always trash(vanilla) in the preseason, I don't take anything away from that.

Everything else is spot on.
Tom Brady kisses his kids like that kid from Glee who hung himself last week.

I didn't see anything really good in that game.  Defense didn't get any pressure on Stafford

I would still like to see more of Petty. Also thought the D and Marcus Maye looked good.

We're going to need depth at punter, I don't think one is going to do it.
So it turns out, Italian Seafood was right an everyone can go freak themselves.

we don't need depth, we just need to cut that bad piece of excrement and actually sign a punter that nets us more than 30 yards average on each punt. the field position game is huge and the jets give up so much to the other team because of that turd
