Well that's what the cop report said, which, as it happened in that other case reported on the piece, turned out not to be true.

I'd say he's likely not entirely innocent in this whole thing, but something's not right here. Just the phrasing of the report is weird. He "tensed" and was "redirected" to the ground? And this cop has a history.

Like I said, I really hope someone took video.
