Succession is one of the best television series of all-time.  Barry is in the Top 20 too.

There's a serious void now that both of those shows have wrapped at the same time, but we've got some good stuff coming back in June:

The Bear
Justified
The Righteous Gemstones

The cop stuff got tied up too easily.

Aside from the death in the present day timeline, this was my biggest complaint.

These writers expect us to believe that a seasoned detective is going to waltz into a commune operated by a known cult and accept a concocted drink from one of their members?  Unbelievably stupid and convenient writing.

You’ve probably watched more Tv than me, but Barry is top-10 for me. All 4 seasons are great. Season 3 got a little cartoonish for me, but this show went off on a definite high. Perfect writing, fantastic acting, spot on commentary for where we’re going and where we are now. If that WalMart/Target scene wasn’t perfect (or the use of “More Than Words”) I don’t know what is. I mean, Hank and the Cristobal statue…

You're critiquing based on the assumption that the characters knew what the audience did. They just followed Jeff and Callie up there, they had no idea what was going on and didn't have a reason to think that anyone on the compound aside from Shauna was a threat.

I have a much bigger problem with what happened to mustache cop than what happened to murdered cop.

Everything was wrapped up too neatly in that finale and there is no reason to think that there is a hero left in either the modern storyline or the past one.
