The only show that I have ever seen from this conversation is Ren and Stimpy, and that excrement was weird.

I have heard of Rugrats but never to my knowledge seen it.

The rest I'm blank on.

Doug.

Rugrats.

Ren and Stimpy.

Hey Arnold.

These were the nicktoons that guaranteed your child would grow up well adjusted. I'll put Hey Arnold's christmas special up against any other.

Me, you, MBG...we’re all just a little too old for the shows they’re talking about. I’ve heard of a few of them because my Godson is now in his mid-20s.

I only know those shows because my kids watched them.

I grew up on Superfriends, Voltron, M.A.S.K., Go Bots, Transformers, and GI Joe in the afternoons.

Battle Of The Planets, Sport Billy, Dangermouse and Masters Of The Universe.

Summer holidays had the best show ever - Kick Start.

Also I grew up watching one of the world's weirdest and most unsettling children's programmes, which might explain a lot.

I definitely watched Battle of the Planets and He-Man, I forgot those.

Looney Toons also. Animaniacs. Smurfs.

Both awesome, and common to both age groups. Looney Tunes is timeless. I also grew up on Tiny Toons, with their summer vacation straight to VHS movie being one of my favorites as a kid, and Tiny Tunes All-Stars being one of my favorite Sega Genesis games.

I have a brother five years older so i was handed down old He-Man vhs's and stuff like that. I loved Vultron and no one at school knew what the freak I was talking about.

Batman The Animated Series, X-Men and SpiderMan were what got me into those respective series and actually introduced me to the comics. All three were great.

Yeah I liked it.  Some of the ideas are a little half-baked but there's a lot to appreciate.

I almost started watching season 1 on the weekend.  Maybe i'll give it a shot.  It'll give me something to watch in between NHL playoffs and GoT.
