Why not? On what evidence are you basing this assessment?

Yeah, I think every GM would trade up to get a QB they feel could be a franchise QB, whether it is their nature or not.  However, the way Idzik made a distinct effort to gather draft picks makes it seems he wants to stock pile them, after just 1 off season.

What's his stockpiling them for though?

Trade ammunition is a definite possibility

I would agree, but I was talking more about the compensatory picks which can't be traded.

Bortles annihilates McCarron in that category.

Wait a second, AJ McCarron is now the GOAT in this category:

I've seen a lot of Brandon Marshall comparisons.  Another player that is a physical specimen that drops his fair share of passes, but the good outweighs the bad, by far.

I like Benjamin and I'd be excited if the Jets got him, but I would question the pick for a while if certain wideouts are on the board.

Sign me up for a player that's comparable to Marshall, that dude is a beast. Not only that but I think his diagnosis and subsequent medication/therapy has made Marshall not as much of a ticking time bomb. If this guy comes with out the issues all the better.

You managed to find about the best photo of this one though, she takes some pretty rotten pictures as well:
