Morris and Flores I'll give you, although I think Flores was quite a high profile college player who would have gone to the NFL but for injury so he perhaps already had the attention of people there. Tomlin came from a football family and may very well have benefited from the same connection bias that I was talking about - unless you know the right people, and more importantly they know who you are, it's that much harder to get a foothold. That's common across a lot of industries, but football seems to have a lot of inbreeding in coaching ranks. And look, I'm not for a moment saying that people who use their connections to get a start in an industry are wrong to do so, or that they're any less talented or capable for it. There's a sound argument that someone who grows up around high level coaching and play is going to have a headstart on understanding the culture and the personalities and the dynamics that are so important in any high pressure specialised work environment. It's just about making sure that that isn't the only or even the primary source of new candidates and resources. The most important thing will always be their talent and aptitude regardless of skin colour, background or name, it's just about getting the first opportunity to prove that talent and aptitude.
Racist
Yeah but in which direction?
Up
Is that the good racism or the bad one?

14 is the racist number actually.
"Hello good sir GM, may we pretty please have your throwaway centers and gords please??!? I'll suck yo'dick!"
I had no idea the Rams haven't had a first round draft pick since 2016. I knew they traded some, but I didn't think it was 5.
And people are worried we can’t be competitive if we trade 2 years worth of 1s for Watson who is a million times the QB Goff is. It’s absurd
Keep in mind, the Rams are loaded at the skilled positions, have a shutdown corner, and the best Defensive player in the league.
