^ good guys?

the 20 yr. old gets min. 20 yrs. w/o parole.  the TWELVE YEAR OLD who shot the victim IN THE BACK?  Flush the little fucker down the nearest toilet.  Who the freak raises a kid capable of shooting someone to death at the ripe old age of TWELVE?  Today's USA: this too is now a shlthole.

The GGWAG in this scenario would be the hypothetical dude off in the corner with the CC permit. Is someone expected to draw down on a 12 year old to save the other dude's life?

Can’t quick draw a concealed carry when you’re double fisting cherry limeade slushes
He shook my hand breed tub and walked away

Time to bring back the beer helmet for tactical purposes.

Even if he’s 12, pulling an AR fully with the intent to?!…
Screw junior: old enough to breathe, old enough to bleed.
Spare the gun, spoil the child (ok I’d shoot just to maim, not to kill)  ;-)

That is if I were the GGWAG which I wouldn’t be…just sayin’ in a Texas-perfect world..

^ This was an ‘FYI’ period and it was to illustrate that this horrific epidemic is sea-to-shining-sea in scope so  bag the reactionary hyper-partisanship pretty pleeze; no ‘monsters’ to see here.

Besides, stats are like trick dogs:

No they aren't. You're literally ignoring SFD and Badger telling you why the stat you're promoting is worthless and doubling down on it.

https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/gun-deaths-per-capita-by-state

The top 9 states for gun deaths voted for Trump. 4 of the top 20 states in which you are most likely to die at the end of a gun voted for Biden, and even then only just. California is the 7th LEAST likely state in which you will be shot and killed.

“Telling me?” “Worthless?”  On the contrary, I illustrated the fact that this (as I put it) “horrific epidemic’s” pathology was/is national in scope.  Whether it’s political hyper-partisanship or an acutely assuming nature that in your mind gives you unencumbered latitude to interpret or define my post in a narrative you see fit doesn’t dispel my national-in-scope observation.

Seems more my ‘observation’ doesn’t sate a desire to politically berate, i.e. the observation[/] doesn’t fit the narrative.

Would this ‘extended in scope’ landscape constitute mass murder?  One thing noteworthy is that it’s apparently not newsworthy…
