Schiano is doing his best to stay in Tampa.

If TB loses this week (and they're @SEA), Schiano is gone, right? 4-12 shouldn't save a coach just because he went 4-4 in the second half of the season.

It's his first year with the worst talent in the league and the GM who hired him.

You're probably right. I put him on my list when they were 0-7 and just didn't take him off.

Gus Bradley should be in the Coach of the Year conversation. He has that miserable roster playing consistent quality football for the first time in a while.
