Nailed it.  I hope Saturday takes them to the playoffs.  The pearl-clutching from talking heads is hilarious.

Seeing the reactions to the Saturday thing makes me wonder how badly Irsay had to have offered to blow Peyton Manning to take the job first.

Surely there's no way he went to Saturday without nutting for Peyton?

Unless the Peyton Broncos ownership rumors somehow became a thing. Or I guess Peyton does have a goldmine of opportunities already

Peyton's under a very expensive broadcasting contract. Even if he had any interest in the job, he can't just stop doing the show in the middle of the season.

If any NFL Team, attempted to contact Andrew Luck (or any associate of him)… to play for their Franchise - it would be a clear Violation of the League’s Tampering Policy.

i dunno, guys. If anyone talks to Namath, maybe we should charge them with tampering.

Luck is 6 years younger than Rodgers, too. He's got several more years to be tampered with.

Jonathan Taylor requests a trade after meeting with Irsay.

Woody stinks, but JT is worse.

Didn’t airway say in the media they hadn’t even offered Taylor any form of a contract the other day?

I think it’s going to be hard to get a reasonable deal for an RB that you have to pay. Taylor the player is probably worth a 2 but with the money thing, I’d wager he isn’t going to get traded for more than a 5th.
