Heismanberg and I agreed last night on Twitter that McCarron's performance last night really should push him to participate. Though not participating may slide his draft value more, giving us a better shot to rope him.

He looked good early to me. He threw an INT and gave up a 6-point-fumble late though. I have no idea how it would affect his overall stock. He's only lost, what, 4 games including last night? Is he elite? I haven't seen more than two Bowl games-worth of him, but he doesn't strike me as a can't-miss. That said, is he going to realistically slide into the third round? I don't know about that.

I'm not a college though. There are guys much better at this than I am.
