I'm curious, and I'm sure there's a good football answer to this but I don't know it. Why, given they had a backup center in who clearly couldn't snap the ball very well, did they keep Tannehill in the shotgun rather than have him take the ball under center and drop back?
they were equally afraid of the pass rush. hes been taking more sacks than Sasha Gray (sp?) they probably felt more comfortable with him fielding shitty snaps than him getting hit any more than he already was.
i think they were trying some quick short to intermediate routes, but the coverage was pretty solid most game and he just holds onto the ball forever.
thats the only logical explanation. how you hand a QB a 96 million dollar contract and then give him a mediocre derriere OL is beyond me.
that being said I like Tannehill less and less the more i watch him. he holds onto the ball, even though the OL is donkey dick, he misses open throws the few times he can get a clean pocket, but most of all, he sounds like a freaking hoo-ha.
between the Practice squad check comment and then him pretending hes a Debutante , giving Pryor a lecture on class.
yeah, freak that player of the pink oboe. i hope he sinks that faggoty franchise even further into a Jimmy Buffet song.
