Not thrilled with the match-up, especially with our O-line banged up. Cromartie is going to have to play better too or Williams will have to replace him, otherwise we're going to get torched. Maybe the injury will be an excuse to sit him.

Rex planned on making Ik captain the day they claimed him. I was always a Rex supporter but I'm happy his shenanigans have gone north to Buffalo

I wouldn't be surprised if Ik gets cut on Friday. They just wanted to hold him to make him captain on Thursday night.

I kind of think it's funny.  I don't really have any ill will towards Rex.  We had some good years.  I don't know why anyone would.  I can see wanting to move on or even thinking he was not a good coach, but I don't hate the guy.  Its not like he quit on a napkin like a hoo-ha or anything.  Staying in division is the only thing I hate.  But then again, he can pee off Brady too (and still lose).

IK didn't ruin our season.  Some would argue he should go out as our captain.

It's not surprising, just amusing. Less so with the context that Rex always makes players captains against their former teams, but given the history it's quite funny. I'm not mad, I feel like doing things like this backfired on Rex at least as much as it helped him.

My sentiments almost exactly. The fact that he signed IK in the first place was probably a funnier story, but once you do that you might as well make him a captain against us. Why not? It's Rex, it's football, it's fun.
