The local public course you linked before in HK is pretty nice, and it's not THAT expensive for the only public course in the area. $90-$100 USD per 18, on par with some lower spectrum high end courses.

And it's 3 courses, so you're not gonna be on the same course every round.  Good value for a tourist spot.

Yeah it's not bad at all. I'm going to check it out one of these weekends when i'm done being a tourist. Playing would suck balls during the humid and rainy season though.

I just consumed the best cup of coffee i've ever had.

These beans: http://buycoffeecanada.com/coffee-beans/cafe-de-la-reine-16-oz

filtered through a french press.

Smooth flavor, no shitty after taste.....not bad for a medium roast.

Had the coffee in the lounge this morning and after a few sips, I immediately had to take a dump.

Well done, mystery maker.

Yeah it happens, coffee is basically dump fuel.

Slowly weening off of coffee and all caffeine products. I need to reset my tolerance...up to about 600-800mg a day and I hardly notice it anymore.

that's a huge problem.

That's like drinking 4-4.5 monsters a day.

you definitely need to reset your tolerance, it's gonna blow. I have to take medication holidays with my ADHD meds for that reason, but there are also things I can do to increase amphetamine sensitivity (chelated magnesium and DXM are great for this. the latter i tend to avoid but occasionally take in pill form )

I've never actually bothered to research how to increase caffeine sensitivity but I imagine neurologically it's similar in terms of down regulation

Medium roasts are more caffeinated and usually much smoother. French presses are legit, too.

I've already tried two or three times to stop cold turkey, no go. Lasted a day…

I'm going to slowly reduce the caffeine I take, and hope that I can get down to zero by next week and not feel too miserable. I think a good month off will do me some good.

I allow myself only one or two a day just to ensure that I never develop a big tolerance. In college I'd go through a cup every other class. Not going through that excrement again.

Went with an iced Americano this morning. Been to the shitter twice since, and I have to go again. This is awesome.

I recently started drinking coffee. a lot. had a kuerig in my house for a couple years but never really had time before work and avoided drinking it because I hate shitting at work.

anyways, my shits have been freaking grody. pretty much just like the title of this thread. have to use half a roll of tp just to get my butthole sanitary. considering stopping altogether just so I can get a clean pinch every once in a while.

real talk
My dad always says he's undefeated at tailgating

Maybe it's not I who doesn't know what he's talking about

I fought through the teeth of the winter lion to get Starbucks coffee from across the street.  Only to find out their hot water machine is broken.

Tim Horton's swill it is then.
