With all of the latest in people taking offense at the slightest excrement, I figured we should have a thread for it.  Today's entry, the outrage over publicity for a British film about British suffragettes shot in Britain by British production companies by a British screenwriter and director, with a cast manned by a shitload of Brits (and Meryl Streep).  See, they had a photo shoot and the women wore T-shirts saying "I'd rather be a rebel than a slave".  It's a direct quote from Emmeline Pankhurst, who is portrayed in the film by Streep.  Cue the angry mob now out for blood because it is insensitive to African Americans.
