people can hate on Madden all they want, i held off on it this year only for PS4. from what ive seen this  looks like a step in the right direction and not like the abortion that the first next gen Madden was when 360 and PS3 came out

I get Sunday Ticket for free (the basic version) from DirecTV, so I bought Madden for PS3 to get the Superfan upgrade.  I assumed at the time that PS4 games would be part of the upgrade offer.  They're not.  So I won't be getting the PS4 version.

I stopped playing GTA V and really have no interest going  back to it. Need another Fallout game to come out.

I played it online for a couple hours today. 

I find a random person playing and freak with them until they either challenge me to a deathmatch or quit.

Fallout is one of the best video game franchises ever introduced, particularly the PC version.  The custom mods make them have one of the best replay experiences ever.  I know I'm partial, but Vegas was awesome.  I cant wait for a follow up.

I liked fallout 3 better. A lot better actually.

For shear size and scope, 3 was certainly the more complete game.  Vegas was more like a super sized expansion pack for 3.

Like I said, I'm a bit partial because I live here.  I did a ton more mods on 3 and played it endlessly.  For Vegas I just played it through without mods a few times.  It didn't really need them.

The official expansion packs for 3 turned it into easy mode after awhile.  You could get almost the best armor and weapons in the game in the simulator expansion (the snow/Japanese one), and you could get there with a brand new toon if you were careful.  Was by far my favorite expansion, but I would have to avoid it until MUCH later in the game so I wouldn't be tempted to just suit up in power armor and gauss rifle and just annihilate.

Hard to go wrong this week when it comes to game purchases. Got 80% of my video game related Christmas shopping done today! and will buy a few PS4 games for myself Friday, even though I will be Ps4-less for a while yet...

The kids want FIFA, NBA 2K14, and Lego Marvel.  I'm guessing I can get 2/3 tomorrow and pick a free game for myself.  NBA 2K14 won't be available yet.

Getting endlessly killed on sneaking bits is really annoying. Having said that, it got more fun again after I finally got past that stage.
