Jets claim TE Arthur Lynch

Jets claimed TE Arthur Lynch off waivers from the Dolphins.

Lynch was a fifth-round pick last year but missed his entire rookie season with a back injury. A pure blocker, he's a body while TEs Jace Amaro (shoulder) and Steve Maneri (hamstring) are sidelined for the Jets.

Interesting move.  Probably just camp competition.

I liked lynch when he came out last year. I wonder how happy the staff is with Kellen Davis in the blocking TE role?

Most likely he's auditioning for a PS slot.
