If Geno can't play the first few weeks, I'd rather have Flynn than Heaps on the roster. That said, Flynn sucks.

Just read on Twitter from Mike Reiss that Flynn's contract wouldn't be guaranteed, even if he's on the Week 1 roster. That makes him more intriguing, since he'll probably be dumped as soon as Geno is ready.

I think they'll keep Heaps around. Flynn had some injury issue with New England and a talent issue everywhere else. They might want Heaps to be a practice squadder on this team.
