I bet the NFL is going to step in and do something about planes flying over practices because of this

Especially since this all started with a player (Greg Hardy)

Maybe Goodell will suspend him for another season

How would they regulate it? You can't reroute all air traffic around NFL stadiums and practice fields. If the team itself doesn't hire the plane, how can you punish the organization because their fans are retarded, and do something outside their control?

The nfl could do things like punish players/franchises if theyre involved (ala Hardy) or restrict public practices when fans do this, indoor practices etc.

The fact that a guy died is the only reason I think theyll do something
