I met him at training camp back in 2010. He seemed like such a pompous poopchute.

He was freaking retarded taking that job in the first place.

He was desperate to be a HC and was treacherous to get there; freak him.

As such, I think he probably never gets another HC shot at the NFL level.

Nobody will hold failure in Cleveland against him, but nobody else would have considered him as a HC candidate but the Browns before, and I doubt anybody does now.

I wouldn't expect someone who spends 14-15 hours a day working with players and watching film to be a jovial fellow.

Quote
Ian Rapoport: #Browns coach Mike Pettine lost Jimmy Haslam's confidence. Example: To players losing to KC, he guaranteed victory. They rolled their eyes.

Another Pettine example: Before 2nd #Bengals game, he told players Saturday night he might be getting fired & they hadn't done their part.

#Browns coach Mike Pettine asked Jimmy Haslam Fri. if he'd be kept. Haslam didn't say. But Haslam had already made calls to begin the search

#Browns GM Ray Farmer may be fired without ever hiring a coach. Had 2 top picks forced on him: Manziel (Haslam's call), Gilbert (Pettine's)

Scrub for scrub. I'd do it just so we get a look at Gilbert, it's not like we're keeping Milliner so anything better than a broken tackle sled for him is a good bit of business. Gilbert has a lot of talent.

Manziel in Dallas would be such a mess

True hed be better than most backups Romo has had recently, but the guy would have no chance at success.

I think Dallas is by far his best chance of success. He has fans, family, a support network, a solid locker room and a great veteran to learn from.

And an owner that will support him being a jerkoff and probably even go party with him

Throw Manziel with someone like Belichick that will discipline him into the ground.

Your first statement is stupid and your second is naive.
