As such, I think he probably never gets another HC shot at the NFL level.

Nobody will hold failure in Cleveland against him, but nobody else would have considered him as a HC candidate but the Browns before, and I doubt anybody does now.

I think Dallas is by far his best chance of success. He has fans, family, a support network, a solid locker room and a great veteran to learn from.
