He did a solid job and they lost on a fluke play. Well amazing return but the circumstances for thst were insane.

Manziel needs to grow up, that's on him. The one thing the coach can control is playing time, so I can see where Pettine was coming from, and he got away with it from a QB standpoint at least for that game. At 2-8 or whatever, maybe in the big picture the lesson was more important than the game, however it turned out.
