It's an OP-Ed(not anything more)with misleading data from a paper with a very consistent political leaning.
LOLno. Misleading data? You don't get to just say "I don't like those datasets so it's not true" without countering with actual, y'know, data.
Yeah let's ignore the group that's openly calling out for attacks on civilians and focus on right wing extremists who may do dumb stuff because they have a lot of guns and hate gay people.
It doesn't surprise me in the slightest that your reading of the article would be completely incorrect.
