It's sad, but I pretty much mute the TV and don't look at it until I catch Goodell walking on the stage out of the corner of my eye.  I treat draft TV discussions like a solar eclipse.  Don't stare directly at it until it's over

Our new draft tradition is to drink and watch it at my friend's house. If anyone tips a pick they are kicked out and banned.
