Wasn't he reportedly the one player not up for grabs?  Imagine if we had drafted him last year.  Look at this offense today.  Marshall-Decker-Cooks-Kerley-Amaro.

Brees and Cooks are the only players not available. 

I doubt we'd have Brandon Marshall or Jace Amaro if we drafted Brandin Cooks last year.  Oh well.

Kenny Stills makes less than a million dollars this season.  Trading him has very little to do with the cap.  No idea what they're doing here.
