Not just Dolphins
39 more times (5 or 6 times per game on average for the rest of the season).

So probably not happening.

Not just Dolphins

A long way. David Carr holds the record, he went down 76 times playing for the Oilers in 2002.

Well on the plus side we are the Dolphins week 17 matchup, so we might have a chance to set NFL history that week

But we also might be resting out starters that week, so I guess well see

Interestingly, in the list of most sacked QBs ever the active leader is Ben Roethlisberger at 379, and given he is only 30 years old you have to think that Brett Favre's record of 525 could be under threat.
