Translation: he got his ring, and now he’s got his money. Now he wants to survive the NFL, avoid CTE and major injury and live a normal life after the sport.

I mean good for him, and good for the Dolphins not needing the drama of deciding how much money to pay the guy as he starts slowing down.let’s see if his play style changes at all now that his mentality is altering some.

The #Dolphins have signed TE Tyler Kroft to a 1-year deal, per agent @MikeMcCartney7.

Lock him up

https://www.local10.com/news/local/2023/06/20/police-investigating-dolphins-wr-tyreek-hill-over-alleged-haulover-marina-incident/

Miami-Dade Police officials confirmed that the victim in the alleged assault and battery incident involving Tyreek Hill will press charges.
It was previously reported that the investigation into the incident had concluded, but the Miami-Dade Police told NFL.com that their inquiry was ongoing later that day. Then, the next morning, they confirmed to NBC 6 South Florida that the victim would be pressing charges. Per the police's incident report, an argument broke out between a group that included Hill and marina employees. The argument turned physical and an employee was slapped on the neck by an unidentified person. This person is presumed to be Hill. Previously thought to be a story that would fade away, the incident involving Hill will now be worth watching closely as the legal process evolves.

Ramsey carted off the practice field

It really seems like there are so many non-contact injuries in TV practices every year. Hopefully Ramsey is alright.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Jalen Ramsey is expected to require a full meniscus repair and will likely be sidelined until December “if all goes well.”

Ramsey seemed to more or less confirm this timeline when he tweeted “that end of the season push gon be legendary!” There is apparently a chance Ramsey escapes with a 6-8 week timeline, but the parties are now planning on a far lengthier absence. The Dolphins have a decent amount of experienced corner depth, but the group looks a lot less impressive without Ramsey. Thankfully, new DC Vic Fangio is one of the best pure schemers in the business. We should know Ramsey’s official status by Friday.

Sounds like dunzo

Hopefully our former Broncos HC can out-scheme their former Broncos HC.

The Phins signed Eli Apple (presumably to fill in for Jalen Ramsey).  The best part, Tyreek Hill and Eli Apple hate each other.

I mean Chad was their QB for what 2 seasons? Or was it only 1? I can see Chad not having been special for them that one year.

I still maintain that if Chad had never been hurt, he would have had a legitimate shot at the hall of fame because his processing skills were insane. Would he have made it? Probably not without winning us a ring, but he would have been in that upper echelon of guys who just missed it.

Hell Chad was capable of staying healthy more than Tua

And that should be a red flag enough

ESPN’s Marcel Louis-Jacques believes Braxton Berrios will be the Dolphins’ third receiver.

Berrios’s primary competition for the gig is Robbie Chosen. The Dolphins signed both to one-year deals, though Berrios is set to make over $2 million more than Chosen this year. He is also a former All-Pro return specialist. For the sickos looking for a deep best ball play or dynasty stash on the Dolphins, Berrios is your guy. In redraft leagues, he isn’t on the board.

Hey good for Braxt- wait... what?
