Same scheme though, so it's logical that a player who is effective in how Day runs his offense will immediately understand and be effective in Meyer's.

I'm sure Meyer knows Fields better than any coach in the NFL.  Ryan Day also runs a variation of Meyer's offense, so a lot of the same terminology and concepts are there.

It'd be the easiest transition for Fields.  Lawrence is the best QB by far and that's who Meyer will take.
