His offenses at Ohio State were electric, and his coaching connections are as good as anyone's. Rapoport reports Meyer is telling his network of friends and coaches that he "expects to land" in Jacksonville. If Meyer ultimately stays retired, Rapoport reports current Ohio State coach Ryan Day is a "potential target". The debate between Clemson's Trevor Lawrence and Ohio State's Justin Fields would be turned up if Meyer or Day lands the job.

I'm intrigued to see if or how Meyer or Day translates to the NFL. Hell of a college system, but I've seen the suggestion from people more knowledgeable than me that the way they run a program may very well not work quite as well in the big boys' league.
