That can't be real. A lot of these "banned" or controversial commercials that make it onto the internet were never made with any intention of being used, they're done by ad agencies as part of their vision pitch for the business (see the much loved VW Terrorist commercial). It's much like the more bizarre runway outfits that people on the internet love to huff and puff about without realising that they aren't and never were designed for sale or wearing anywhere other than the runway.

That is pretty tone deaf, there are a couple of minor mitigations - she's a pop star and celebrities are fair game, and there's actually nothing illegal about taking pictures in a public place where there's no expectation of privacy - but I'm surprised that it got through the multiple levels of corporate sign off that would have been required.

Comments say the dude is a bigger celeb than the chick which is certainly a choice when it comes to marketing/promotion
