Technically you don't get a Darwin if you already produced offspring, the point being that your stupid death removed you from the gene pool.

While that does seem to make sense, it's technically not accurate
The rules do not disqualify nominees who have already reproduced, according to the inventors of this made-up award.

No matter what, I think we can all celebrate Cain's untimely death because he was black, right? (according to dcm's flammable-paper-thin-man argument).
