I like watching BBC documentaries at night to fall asleep. They tend to be a great combination of interesting and quietly pacifying enough to fall asleep.
Sounds like baseball.

Watched the Christian Laetner doc on 30-for-30 and it was pretty good. And, yeah, I've pretty much never liked him. It also made me want Bobby Hurley to coach St. John's.

I watched a bunch of 30 for 30s recently.

From Elway to Marino
You Don't Know Bo
Of Miracles and Men (guess I don't have to see Red Army now)
9.79*

Came out slightly bitter about how John Elway and Bo Jackson could have been Yankees.

I watched that one a couple months ago, it was really good.

Do you think anyone has risen to that level of hype since? I don't even think Tebow reached that level.

Tebow was the closest modern equivalent, but it's probably harder to hold people's attention now than it was then.

Yeah probably

I've never seen a single 30 For 30.

They're pretty well done. Some of the subjects were not interesting at all to me at first glance, but I watched them regardless and was pretty impressed.

I'm just writing your review preemptively.
