Ya probably. I don't have too much faith in Gilchrist for now anyway and Rollins could develop into a great player under Bowles

I'd be cool with using that second on Rollins.  Gilchrist's deal looks big on paper, but we can easily get out of it.

I think he can do both, but I could see him dominating at corner in a Cover 3.

It's impossible to know what teams are really the most passionate about getting him outside of the one who ultimately does, but my guess would be that the teams who rank him the highest see him at safety.
