Nice, albeit a 'controlled experiment' from a safe distance.

Here's an amusing NYC rock pyro stunt from years back (in the accompanying video the fun starts at the 12:25 mark; advisory: some boobage in the ambulance towards the end).

Bod Dylan - Bringing It All Back Home

A stone cold classic.

Bob being eclectic plugged in the electric - folkie purists were apoplectic

 Flat out classic indeed.

I think I hate this

You have good taste.  I posted it as a tweak to JE.  It fell flat - my bad.

Go back to Cudi.  : )

beachfront property was a good tune, too.

i only meant this style is on the downtrend unless youre one of the big groups. these dudes would have crushed it on the road with the right groups. so many good albums and groups missing out

Probably so, but I think if The Hotelier releases something soon, we could see a resurgence in this stuff.

Brave Faces Everyone is likely going to be Album of the Year for a lot of alternative music sites.  Dogleg could give them a run for their money.

Hate to think about the future of the shows for this kind of music though.  Can't see the shoulder-to-shoulder crowd coming back anytime soon.

the wonder years should have something in 2021, and if it dosent bomb like sister cities it'll help
they dropped 2 pretty good tunes(even if i think they were try-harding with them)

top 2020 album for me is the newest nada surf album, never not together. i love every song. great great great album

theres gonna be a lack of venues to deal with in a lot of places, too. a lot of bands are gonna have a hard time on the road
