Seguin was always a really talented player, but he needed someone to rein in his tendency to act like a child away from the ice. I'm slightly surprised that the vets in Boston couldn't do that, but he seems to have figured it out in Dallas.

Dion Phaneuf got $7M per for seven years. That's the same as Drew Doughty and Zdeno Chara get paid.

Hands up anybody who thinks Phaneuf is as good as Doughty or Chara.

I just priced out tickets for the Rangers/Islanders at Yankee Stadium on January 29th. Thought that it might be cool to take the boys, different experience etc.

Bleachers tickets, $90 per- keep in mind that you're watching a game that takes place on the home plate side of the field.  Decent tickets in the loge/mezz area are over $350 per.

No thanks- TV it is.
