I feel like the kind of person who would curl one out on a train isn't going to change their mind and wait until they get home because the MTA decided to expressly forbid it.

Look, there's obviously entirely different worldviews on this board that manifest themselves at best (and rarely) into actual productive discussion, and at worst (usually) devolves into ad hominem, namecalling etc etc.

But if we all can't come together to collectively wish the worst kind of karma on the player of the pink oboe that sucker punched Rick Moranis, nothing is sacred anymore.

BREAKING: The @NYCCouncil just voted to extend the outdoor dining program through next year + to allow restaurants to use portable electric and propane heaters for outdoor dining in these upcoming colder months. We are also going to make this a permanent program.
