I had to write something like that back in college for my buddy's arbitration when he got suspended from work for beating up a coworker. I was tasked because I'm the only one of my friends who actually gave a excrement in school, and who has a diploma. Had to write things like "then he proceeded to spit on my face, so I attempted to keep him at a distance by pinning his shoulders to the wall." I wish I still had that.

If we could put aside his off-the-field issues for a minute (everyone is aware of that), what are Winston's pros and cons regarding his play on the field?  Maybe some of the draftier people can chime in.  I know he is polarizing, but try to be fair both ways.
