I did the math, but it may have been wrong. Maybe the 4.5% listed twice is the same charge. So it would be 8.8% on top of Medicare. I still don't see how that's going to fly.Do businesses pay almost 9% of their income in healthcare costs?
I think it meant normal businesses, self employed, and government. The explanaiton was not worded very well.
