1960: Win at Dallas Texans 37-35. First away game in team history was at the Cotton Bowl. Titans go 3-1.
1966: Tie at Boston 24-24. Jim Turner FG for the tie at Fenway Park. Jets go 3-0-1.
1977: Home win over New England 30-27. First win for head coach Walt Michaels. Jets go 1-2.
1988: Tie at home vs Kansas City 17-17. Jets blew 17-3 4th qtr lead, we all got soaked with pouring rain in OT. Jets go 3-1-1.
1994: Loss at Cleveland 27-7. Vinny 21-36, 257 yards for Browns; Jets 3 turnovers, go 2-3.
2005: Loss at Baltimore Ravens 13-3. Brooks Bollinger first start, 14-28, 149 yards. Jets go 1-3.
2011: Loss at Baltimore Ravens 34-17 on SNF. Nick Mangold missed game, Ravens 3 defensive TDs. Jets go 2-2.
2016: Home loss to Seattle, 27-17. Russell Wilson 23-32, 309 yds, 3 TD; Richard Sherman 2 INT. Jets go 1-3.
2022: Win at Pittsburgh, 24-20. Jets trailed 20-10 4th qtr, Zach Wilson returns from injury w pass, rec TDs. Jets go 2-2.

1964: Tie at home vs San Diego 17-17. Don Maynard 68 yard TD rec in 4th ties it. Jets go 1-1-1.
1965: Loss at Denver 16-13. Wendell Hayes 2 yard TD for the win, Jets go 0-4.
1971: Win at Miami 14-10. George Nock 2 4th qtr TDs erase 10-0 deficit. Jets go 1-2.
1976: Loss at San Francisco 17-6. Ed Marinaro 21 carries, 111 yards, 1 TD. Jets go 0-4.
1983: Win at Buffalo 34-10 on MNF. Bruce Harper 9 carries, 118 yards, 1 rec TD. Jets go 3-2.
1993: Home loss to Philadelphia 35-30. Eric Allen late 94 yard pick 6 off Boomer, Johnny Mitchell 7 rec, 146 yards 3 TDs, Jets go 2-2.
1999: Win at Denver 21-13. AFC Championship rematch, both enter 0-3. Keyshawn 8 rec, 98 yards, TD. Jets go 1-3.
2004: Win at Miami 17-9. Curtis Martin 24 car, 110 yds, TD; Donnie Abraham pick 6 off Fiedler,  Jets go 3-0.
2010: Win at Buffalo 38-14. Tomlinson and Keller 2 TDs each, Jets go 3-0 in AFC East, 3-1 overall.
2021: Home win over Tennessee, 27-24 in OT. Titans went on to AFC #1 seed, Derrick Henry 157 yds, TD. Jets go 1-3.

1981: Tie at Miami 28-28. Richard Todd 4 TD passes, Pat Leahy missed FG to end OT. Jets go 1-3-1.
1987: Home loss to Dallas 38-24. First of 3 games with replacement players during strike. Jets drop to 2-1.
1992: Home win over New England 31-20 on SNF. Nagle TD passes to Moore and Mathis, Jets go 1-4.
1998: Home win over Miami 20-9. Curtis Martin 108 yds, TD, Jets go 2-2.
2009: Loss at New Orleans 24-10. Saints led 17-0, Jets 4 turnovers, go 3-1.

I was holding onto that 2002 hope until the Jets got obliterated and the Pats looked better. Now...I just hope we aren't an embarrassment. Or at least more of one.

Thanks. Currently out of the country so my posting is erratic.  That 2002 KC game was Pennington's first start, I was there. Pretty sure we blew that game late.

1973: Loss at Miami 31-3. No Joe; Bob Griese 3 TD passes for eventual repeat champs. Jets go 1-3.
1974: Loss at Miami 21-17 on MNF. Namath 2 TD passes, my dad got me out of bed to see our last drive,  which fell short. Jets go 1-3.
1979: Loss at Baltimore Colts 10-8. Richard Todd 3 INTs; Jets 358 yds, 6 pts on offense,  go 2-4.
1984: Win at Kansas City 17-16. Chiefs scored 4th qtr TD but there was no 2 pt conversion for 10 more years. Jets go 4-2.
1990: Loss at Miami 20-16. Marino 13 yd TD to Duper in last minute beats us. Jets go 2-3.

That Jacksonville game was such a WTF moment. We watched that game at a sports bar/restaurant in Binghamton since it wasn't airing on local TV. We invited a new guy to our usual group. Since we lost 41-0 he was obviously bad luck and we never invited him again.
