December 6:
1970: Home loss to Oakland 14-13. Emerson Boozer 26 car, 115 yds; Al Woodall 9-22, 99 yds, TD, INT; Daryle Lamonica to Warren Wells winning TD. Jets go 4-8.

So this is pretty amazing, 50 years ago Sunday the same thing happened at home (Shea) vs the Raiders on the last play of the game. If anyone follows Old Time Football on Twitter they have the clip, posted yesterday. You can't make it up.

This thread is updated with the 2020 games (you're welcome) and coaching change. I also removed as many dead pictures as I could find and added a bunch of links to highlights from Twitter--mostly Timeless Jets and Old Time Football.
So it turns out, Italian Seafood was right an everyone can go freak themselves.

I think the only JO posters old enough to remember it are delavan and maybe ScotlandJet, although he'd have been a wee nipper if he does.

Looking back, that game and the subsequent one were probably my emotional high and low as a Jets fan. I can't remembering taking a loss worse than the Steelers game.l
