I've got a coworker who is a Bills fan and he's happy about this because he felt like Diggs was a headache. I just don't see how the Bills are better by making this move.
They aren't. Honestly, I thought the Jets were better before this trade. But after, I feel more confident. Bills receiving corps is going to be something like Curtis Samuel, Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman and like DJ Chark most likely.

They will probably just run the ball more and use the TEs a ton to make up for it.

They haven’t effectively run the ball with anyone other than Allen for years
Need a new one for a new board...

James Cook rushed for over 1100 yards last year.  Allen only had 500 yards.

“Only” 500 yards and 15 TDs

Wait...QBs are allowed to run in the gold zone? Someone should let Hackett know about this
Teams that draft well do so no matter where they pick. Teams that draft poorly do so no matter where they pick I want my team to win games and draft well

They started to commit a lot more to the running game after switching OCs and proceeded to go 7-2 down the stretch. I'd expect more of that.

A lot easier to run the ball with a legit #1 WR

Fair, but the Bills struggled to run the ball with anyone but Allen for the majority of the time Diggs was there with the exception of the second half of last season when Diggs was a relative non-factor.
