I think he is their franchise QB, he's played pretty well.  I think he knows he isn't getting that, but you have to start above what you want to get what you want. No one knows if this is true anyway.

Raiders right now feel a bit like Rex in Buffalo, dismantling an already decent roster to make it fit the way he wants to play instead of getting the best out of the talent that's already there.
