If you EVER eat eggs without hot sauce you are doing it wrong.  I hate peach for the most part, did the peach flavor screw it up or just add a little sweetness?

Hot sauce and eggs are good, but they are far from a necessity. There are plenty of other things that go great with eggs.

Please don't say crapshup.

Just brings back memories of being at my friend (we'll call him Kenny)'s house and eating scrambled eggs with sliced hot dog and crapshup for dinner.

Jeezus, no.

A heavy portion of any of the following will suffice: Cheese, gravy, salsa. Hot sauce can clearly couple nicely with two of the three options here. Oddly enough, I've met some people who love putting maple syrup on their eggs. I don't know about that one.

If I go with a hot sauce, I go with the local LaVic Sauce (aka Orange Sauce) from a mexican restaurant in the Bay Area. It's top notch.

I don't intentionally put syrup on eggs but I'm totally fine if some migrates over from the pancakes.

Now that last one sounds good.

As for the maple syrup thing, and I imagine even MB can on board with this...  If you have any meat on your plate with eggs, maple syrup is surprisingly awesome.  Got kind of weird adding hot sauce after that, but it's become a once in a while favorite.

Indeed.

After having chicken and waffles with gravy for the first time last week, I could see eggs getting involved.
