I think so...Megatron arrived before Stafford.  The last 3 QBs for the Lions were Stafford, Kitna, and Culpepper.

A sad ending to the story of one of unfortunately one of the biggest wastes of talent I've ever seen as former #2 overall pick Charles Rogers, dead at 38.

I remember thinking that this kid was going to be an absolute stud. What a shame.
