If you can't eat 4 or 5 without getting sick, then you don't really like hot dogs.
"Wrong!"

I'm not a mutant bottomless pit like Badger.

He'll eat a lot, but way too slow. Then he'll ask if he can stay and finish.
"Wrong!"

I could have done the 15 dozen oyster challenge at the Acme Oyster House in New Orleans back when me and the wife went to the Jets/Saints game during Sanchez's rookie year and I didn't do it. I still regret it to this day because I think I could have done it.

I did a 76 oz steak challenge once and literally came within 4 bites of finishing. Couldn't do it. The nachos and 3 hefeweizens probably had something to do with that, though.

You should show up to the hot dog eating contest with your orange hat, a few napkins, and the will to succeed.

I ain't doing a hot dog eating contest, I don't like hot dogs enough to want to eat them that fast.

I did eat a 3.5/4 something pound "burg-hero" in just over 10 minutes 2 Fourth of Julys ago. My wife's cousins run their own BBQ business and they tell me no one has topped it yet.

Depends what you mean by getting sick
I could probably eat a helluva lot more than 4 or 5

Even 4 or 5 I'd be burping up hotdogs for days, and it would be freaking disgusting

hot dogs are gross, not a huge fan.

i have entered into a hamburger eating contest(similar to one of the beethoven movies!) and did exceedingly well. the trophy had a hamburger on top, but unfortunately i lost it later at a party.

White Castle sized or regular burgers? That sounds awful and amazing.

I'd do that.  I don't like hot dogs much.  I'd sign up for the contest and just enjoy the free burgers, though.
