The big deal is that regardless of the legality of what she did it's not in line with the ideals of that company's target market or marketing ethos, which is a big issue if you're paying that person to represent and be the face of your company.

Forgot to post here, I ended up winning the pool. At the last second I switched Germany and Argentina as my final, with Germany winning. Basically everyone had Argentina winning. Not a bad investment, Ended up winning 2k.
