Let's be honest, 13/14 is all but done and so it's time to start looking forward to an exciting new season.

To kick things off, the Senators confirm that Eugene Melnyk's quest to overtake Charles Wang as the worst owner in the league is continuing strongly with a trade request from Jason Spezza.

Our ownership's idea of making a big splash was trading away a 2nd round pick for Devon Shitaguchi.
